Cold Brew & Iced Coffee Service
Office cold brew service for SW Florida offices: nitro on tap and iced coffee year-round, installed and serviced at no upfront cost. Family-owned since 1971.
It's 91 degrees in the parking lot, and the pod machine in the breakroom hasn't been touched since April. Nobody's going without caffeine — they're making the twenty-minute round trip to Dunkin for iced coffee. An office cold brew service makes that trip unnecessary: smooth, ready-to-pour cold brew and iced coffee right in your breakroom, on tap or by the cup, all year long. Aroma installs the setup, stocks it, and services it for you — the only thing your team does is pour. In Southwest Florida — where it's iced-coffee weather ten months out of twelve — that's an amenity people actually use, not another machine gathering dust.
What an office cold brew service actually is
Cold brew is coffee steeped in cold water for 12 to 24 hours instead of brewed with heat, making it naturally smoother and less acidic than iced hot coffee. There are a few ways to serve it:
- Nitro cold brew on tap. Infused with nitrogen as it pours for a creamy, cascading head like a draft stout — rich and smooth black, no milk or sugar needed, straight from a kegerator-style tap.
- Flat (still) cold brew on tap. The same tap setup without the nitrogen — straight, cold, ready to pour over ice.
- Iced coffee by the cup. A simpler add-on for offices that want the option without a tap.
We can build the program around Florida-roasted coffee we already deliver, including Kahwa Coffee out of St. Petersburg.
How Aroma sets it up and keeps it running
Like the rest of our equipment, a cold brew program is turnkey from day one:
- We walk your space. We find the right spot for a tap tower or countertop dispenser — near power, with under-counter room for the keg and refrigeration if you're going on tap.
- We install it. The tap system or dispenser goes in at no upfront equipment cost.
- We stock it. Kegs or concentrate are loaded ready to pour and restocked on your regular delivery.
- We service it. Keg swaps, refills, and preventative maintenance are handled by our own technicians, so the tap keeps pouring clean and nothing runs dry mid-afternoon.
Why cold brew makes sense for a Southwest Florida office
- Demand climbs in summer — it doesn't drop. A hot-only program goes quiet from May to October. Cold brew and iced coffee are what people reach for when it's 90-plus out, so the breakroom stays used year-round.
- Fewer coffee-run detours. When good iced coffee is on tap down the hall, the drive to a coffee shop stops eating into the workday.
- A guest amenity that reads premium. Nitro from a tap looks and tastes like a café — in a dealership service lounge, a gym or clubhouse amenity center, or a client-facing office, it's the detail people remember, and most hot-only vendors don't offer it.
- Smooth, with nothing to run. Steeped cold, it's less bitter and less acidic than iced hot coffee — and nitro pours creamy and black, so there's no frother to clean and no barista required.
Why offices choose Aroma
- Equipment installed at no upfront cost. You don't buy the tap system or dispenser — it's included and maintained, with no surprise service bills.
- In-house local technicians. A real person answers the phone, and we typically respond to service calls within about 24 hours. No national call centers.
- Family-owned since 1971. We've kept Central and Southwest Florida breakrooms stocked for more than 50 years — including premium programs in luxury dealership lounges and a 1,300-home community clubhouse.
- One provider for the whole breakroom. Cold brew, hot coffee, water, snacks, paper, and janitorial arrive on one delivery and one invoice — and delivery is free.
- We keep it presentation-ready. Keg swaps, restocks, and routine upkeep are on us — ready every day without anyone on your team tracking it.
Frequently asked questions
What is nitro cold brew, and how is it different from regular iced coffee?
Nitro cold brew is infused with nitrogen as it pours, for a creamy, cascading head like a draft stout — no milk or sugar needed. Flat cold brew skips the nitrogen, and iced coffee is brewed coffee over ice. All three are smoother and less acidic than a hot pot left to cool. We can offer any of them.
Do we have to buy the cold brew tap system?
No. Aroma installs the tap system or dispenser at no upfront equipment cost, the same way we handle our coffee and water equipment. You're billed on a simple, predictable service basis sized to your office, with no surprise repair bills.
How do you keep the cold brew cold and from running out?
The tap unit keeps the keg refrigerated, and we track your usage so kegs and concentrate get swapped and restocked on your regular delivery. If something needs attention between visits, our in-house technicians typically respond within about 24 hours.
Can we add cold brew and keep our regular hot coffee?
Yes. Cold brew and iced coffee are an add-on to your office coffee and tea delivery, not a replacement — most offices run hot and cold side by side, one for every season.
What size office is cold brew service worth it for?
It scales. We run cold brew programs from a single busy office breakroom to high-traffic dealership lounges, gym and clubhouse amenity centers, and multi-building communities. Tell us your headcount and foot traffic and we'll size the format — a countertop dispenser or a full nitro tap.
