In September, a gentleman knocked on my front door to let me know that one of his drivers, in trying to avoid another vehicle, left the roadway, damaging my mailbox and crashing into our ditch. After confirming the driver was unhurt, the representative, Enoc Phillips, told me they would repair/replace my mailbox and they did just that. Within 24 hours, we had a replacement mailbox and post installed. They could have left the scene after the incident and I would never have known but they did not. While this may seems small to some, the level of integrity, even in the small things, reflects that same level in the larger things. If a company does not have integrity, they have nothing.
